As Product Manager Partners, you will join the Partners Bubble — a cross-functional, outcome-driven team responsible for growing Moneyfarm's B2B2C business through institutional banking and financial services partners. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable engaging with senior banking executives, consultants, and regulators, managing complex multi-party delivery environments involving partner banks, consulting firms, technology providers, and internal teams.
You will own the end-to-end product roadmap for partner integrations, translating complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and acting as the primary product contact for senior stakeholders at partner institutions. You will also apply an AI-first approach to accelerate product development and identify opportunities to scale the partner integration model for future partnerships.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Milan with hybrid working arrangements.
Experience
- 5+ years in product management, programme delivery, or business integration within Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech.
- Proven experience managing complex integration or platform delivery projects involving institutional partners such as banks, insurers, or asset managers.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at institutional organisations, including C-level and board level.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-company programmes on time and within scope.
- Experience working with APIs, platform integrations, and B2B2C product models.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments (MiFID, KYC/AML, CONSOB, Bank of Italy).
- Fluent Italian speaker (written and verbal) essential for daily collaboration with Italian partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams, able to influence without authority.
- A bias for AI-first ways of working, with practical experience applying AI tools to accelerate product development and delivery.
- Data-driven decision-making and clear written communication.

Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and English language skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, or digital banking is a plus.
- Previous experience working at the intersection of technology providers and traditional financial institutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM and engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
- Understanding of the Financial Advisor distribution model in Italy is beneficial.
- Experience working with major consulting firms in a delivery context is a plus.
- Background in scaleups or startups is advantageous.
