About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group. In this role, you will define product vision and strategy, working closely with clients and delivery teams to deliver high-quality digital products that create meaningful value for users and businesses. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Business Analysts, User Researchers, Designers, Developers, and Delivery Managers to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, evidence-based decision making, and leadership within Agile delivery environments. You will support product discovery, validate ideas, and drive continuous improvement through iterative delivery and customer feedback. Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar digital product role
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital products or services
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Managing and prioritising product backlogs to maximise customer and business value
- Working with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, UX, Business Analysis, and Delivery Management
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Using customer insights, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions
- Delivering digital transformation projects, preferably within public sector or consultancy environments

About you
You are enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about delivering digital products that create meaningful value. You thrive in Agile environments, are commercially aware, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a pragmatic approach to product delivery. You enjoy solving complex problems while balancing business priorities with technical considerations and have a genuine interest in technology and its practical application.

Qualifications
There are no specific formal qualifications required; however, proven industry experience and a track record of successful product delivery are essential. Eligibility for internal background checks (DBS) and security clearance is required.
