About the Role
Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Our trading platforms and execution stack are the heart of the business — what traders experience every day and what underpins our edge in the market. We are hiring a Product Manager to support roadmap delivery across two connected verticals: Trading UIs — our proprietary mobile app and web platform plus third-party trading interfaces, and Execution & Trading — pricing engines, liquidity-provider integrations, risk monitoring and trade-execution logic. You will work closely with the vertical owner and key stakeholders, demonstrating domain fluency from day one. This role requires an experienced individual familiar with leveraged trading products, platforms, and execution mechanics from the inside.

Experience
- Direct experience at a CFD and/or spread betting brokerage or leveraged-trading platform is essential; you understand the products, platforms, trade lifecycle, and trader expectations
- Product experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
- Basic understanding of trading platform mechanics including order types, charting, pricing, spreads, and end-to-end execution
- Comfortable producing clear product requirements documentation and working effectively with engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across trading/dealing, risk, and engineering
- Comfortable with data and able to define metrics relevant to trading platforms and execution quality

Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms such as proprietary platforms, Trading View, MT4/MT5, cTrader or others
- Exposure to pricing engines, liquidity-provider integrations, or risk-monitoring systems
- Familiarity with best-execution obligations and relevant trading regulations
- Experience with charting and technical-analysis tooling
- Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions

About You
You are an experienced product professional with deep domain knowledge of leveraged trading products and execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable balancing strategic roadmap planning with continuous improvements. You are proactive, data-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional trading experiences.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in product management or trading technology are advantageous but not mandatory. A strong track record of delivering trading platform products and execution improvements is essential.
