About the Role
Noble Panacea is a revolutionary, deep-tech skincare brand founded by Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart and launched in October 2019. At the core of the brand is the groundbreaking OSMV™ Technology, enabling transformational efficacy and precision. We are committed to science and sustainability, adhering to global green chemistry principles throughout product development, from R&D to packaging. Our mission is to promote healthy, youthful skin by empowering those who seek skin longevity and ageless beauty.

We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven leader to build and scale our Professional Skincare Channel globally. This role focuses primarily on dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and leading medical-aesthetic clinics, while selectively developing strategic partnerships within luxury wellness, longevity, and hospitality environments aligned with Noble Panacea's scientific and luxury positioning.

This unique position requires a hybrid medical and business profile: someone who understands clinical skincare science, has credibility within the dermatology and aesthetic medicine community, and possesses the commercial expertise to develop strategic partnerships that drive adoption, advocacy, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate has experience with premium physician-dispensed skincare brands and an established network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinic owners, medical directors, and aesthetic practitioners across major global markets.

The role serves as a bridge between science and commercial success—translating Noble Panacea's breakthrough technology into compelling clinical value propositions that inspire physician recommendation and patient adoption.

Travel: Up to 50% internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Professional Channel Strategy & Business Development
Define and execute Noble Panacea's global professional channel strategy across dermatology clinics, aesthetic medicine practices, plastic surgery centers, physician-dispensed skincare networks, and selected luxury wellness and hospitality partners. Identify, recruit, and develop high-value clinical partners and centers of excellence aligned with the brand's scientific and luxury credentials. Drive new business acquisition and achieve annual sales, distribution, and profitability objectives within the medical-aesthetics channel. Build strategic partnerships with leading dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinic groups across key markets including North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Lead negotiations and commercial agreements with clinics, physician groups, and distribution partners. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with longevity clinics, wellness destinations, luxury spas, and hospitality groups where physician-led skincare and wellness services complement the Noble Panacea brand experience.

KOL Development & Medical Advocacy
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and industry thought leaders. Identify opportunities for clinical collaborations, advisory boards, educational initiatives, peer-to-peer programs, and scientific events. Represent Noble Panacea at major dermatology and aesthetic medicine congresses, conferences, and industry meetings. Partner with Medical, Education, and Marketing teams to strengthen the brand's scientific reputation among healthcare professionals.

Clinical Adoption & Account Growth
Support clinic onboarding, implementation, and integration of Noble Panacea into treatment protocols and retail recommendations. Develop customized business growth plans for key accounts to maximize physician engagement, patient conversion, and retail performance. Monitor account productivity, replenishment rates, and commercial KPIs while identifying opportunities for growth. Partner with Education teams to ensure physicians and clinic staff are fully trained on product science, treatment integration, and patient consultation techniques. Conduct regular business reviews with clinic owners, medical directors, and leadership teams. Support selected hospitality and wellness partners in integrating Noble Panacea into premium treatment offerings, retail programs, and guest experiences.

Cross-Functional & Project Work
Partner closely with Marketing and Brand teams to align local strategies, storytelling, and brand visibility within each environment. Translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into compelling business opportunities and physician-facing programs. Ensure all brand assets, merchandising, and operational tools are implemented to the highest standard. Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and physician needs. Contribute to the development of global professional-channel best practices, playbooks, and growth strategies.
