About the Role
At Turner & Townsend, you will join a purpose-driven organisation committed to supporting your professional and personal growth. You will work within the Defence South East team, contributing to major programmes across air, land, sea, cyber, and space sectors. This role offers exposure to complex and unique environments where you will support clients in delivering projects of national importance that enhance defence capabilities.

You will lead and facilitate risk management activities including identification, assessment, and prioritisation through structured workshops and direct engagement with project teams. Your insights will integrate into project planning and decision-making to improve delivery confidence. You will monitor risk exposure against contingency budgets and produce clear risk reports for stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires proficiency with risk management tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA), @RISK, Safran Risk, and familiarity with platforms like Active Risk Manager (ARM), Predict!, or Power BI for data visualisation and reporting. You will also support quantitative risk assessments for cost and schedule, informing appropriate contingency levels.

This position operates within a hybrid working environment, balancing remote collaboration with essential in-person engagement to foster teamwork and deliver excellence.
