Hours
Full-time, permanent role with hybrid and flexible working options. After probation, up to 50% homeworking measured over a 2-week rolling period. During probation (typically first 6 months), 1 day per week homeworking is permitted.
Salary
£35,000 per annum

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will support scientific project teams with a variety of administrative, coordination and scientific tasks related to client projects. You will primarily work on Literature Review or Real-World Evidence projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality scientific work and enhancing team efficiency. Key responsibilities include formatting and quality control of scientific documents, assisting Project Managers with client and healthcare professional communications, producing progress reports, coordinating project timelines, scheduling meetings and recording minutes, supporting the development of planning tools, referencing scientific materials, screening and extracting data from publications, supporting client proposal development, liaising with external suppliers, managing project management system tasks for budgeting and invoicing, and helping translate project methods and results into engaging reports and slide sets. You will also help keep internal resources up to date and organise team meetings and internal activities. This role offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Experience
A degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent). Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous but not essential. We welcome candidates from diverse scientific backgrounds including but not limited to Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Global Health, Epidemiology, Biochemistry, and Medicine.
