We are seeking a Project Manager to join our London-based Occupier Fit Out team, specialising in financial services clients. In this role, you will lead and deliver high-quality CAT B office fit-out projects from inception to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in defining project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders; establishing and maintaining effective project governance, processes, and systems with adherence to quality, safety, health, and environmental standards; developing and monitoring detailed project plans; managing budgets, resources, invoicing, and reporting; coordinating communication among project teams, clients, and consultants; and preparing regular project updates highlighting achievements and issues.

Experience
- Degree in a construction or property-related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects for financial services clients
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting
