About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to join our London-based Occupier Fit Out team. In this role, you will lead and deliver high-quality projects for our clients from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations. You will define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders. You will establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting. You will communicate and coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, prepare and present regular updates, and lead resolution of any issues or conflicts. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and assist in bid proposals, while sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of our services. Experience
- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects over 60,000 sqft
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting

Qualifications
- Degree in a construction or property-related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
