We are seeking Project Managers to join our Data Centre team in London. In this role, you will lead and support large-scale, ground-up data centre construction projects with prominent technology clients across Europe. You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery from inception through to commissioning.

Key responsibilities include advising at a strategic level during project conception, establishing success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, managing quality, safety, health and environmental issues, and setting up effective project governance and processes. You will lead project planning, resource procurement, cross-functional team facilitation, performance management using KPIs, change control, financial monitoring, and communication flow between the project team and client. Additionally, you will produce formal progress reports and take a leading role in client and consultant interfacing at all project stages.

Experience
- Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
- Design, management or construction experience within general construction environments such as residential, office, fit-outs, health and education sectors

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the total project life cycle from conception to completion and post-project review
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively

Qualifications
- Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
- Chartered status obtained or actively pursuing chartered status
- Excellent knowledge and experience of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
