About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust includes Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals, King’s College Hospital, and King’s College London, forming part of King’s Health Partners, a leading academic health sciences centre.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Cardiovascular and Respiratory Partnership team. This role supports the delivery of the Partnership’s vision to be a world-leading collaboration in heart, lung and critical care, delivering pioneering care, research and education.

The post is available as a permanent position or secondment. The Partnership works closely with multiple organisations including Imperial College and Brunel University, aiming to improve patient outcomes through service redesign, education, research and integration across healthcare providers.

As Project Manager, you will drive the momentum of various workstreams, primarily within the respiratory portfolio, supporting integration, service redesign, education and research. You will collaborate with clinicians and operational colleagues to advance the integration agenda, design and deliver high-quality meetings and workshops, and support clinical-academic integration workplans including tracking expenditure and measuring outcomes. You will also align the Partnership’s work with wider system structures such as networks and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).

Our vision is to be known as the best place to be cared for, to work and develop careers, and for academic and industry partners to collaborate with, by delivering excellent patient outcomes, supporting staff development, and leading ground-breaking research.
