We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the Health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies through to handover. This role offers the opportunity to lead small to medium sized complex commissions and support major complex new build schemes in London. It is an excellent chance to take the lead and develop a successful career within our market-leading Health and Education Division.

Key responsibilities include planning and securing project resources, leading and managing project teams, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, monitoring project progress, and evaluating project impact and benefits using evidence-based methods.

Experience
Proven experience managing Health sector projects such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilities. Strong contract administration skills, particularly with NEC contracts. Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Knowledge of the UK Department of Health and Social Care’s management systems and tools.

Qualifications
Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised). Degree in a relevant field is preferable.
