Experience
- Infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
- Project management principles and delivering to client objectives
- Contract management and financial management including project controls
- Leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- Health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate others
- Planning, communication and organisational skills to manage multiple work streams
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients

Beneficial Experience
- Procurement and managing NEC contracts
- Managing contractors, consultants and advisors on infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with public sector organisations and relevant bodies
Qualifications
- Degree or HND in management, construction, infrastructure or equivalent experience
- Professional affiliation or near qualified status with APM, ICE, ITP or similar
- Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, MSP)
- NEC PM Accreditations or qualifications
