About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Life Science Real Estate team. You will deliver high quality project and programme management services to a market leading client base, taking the lead on immediate commissions and contributing to large scale public health and life sciences projects. You will plan and secure resources, lead and manage project teams, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Experience
- Minimum 5 years detailed experience in large scale public health and life sciences projects
- Experience in master planning, strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation (desirable)
- Detailed experience of NEC contract administration (desirable)
About you
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to delegate and define clear roles
- Excellent risk and issue management capabilities with effective mitigation strategies
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communication
- Knowledge of construction industry themes such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon and Digital agenda
- Understanding of project lifecycle and business case approval processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (preferable)
- NEC accredited Project Manager (preferable)
- Member of a chartered institute such as RICS or willingness to work towards membership
