About the Role
Wandle Housing Association is at an exciting stage in its Change & Transformation journey and is seeking 3 Project Managers to join on an 18 month fixed term contract. You will lead and deliver a portfolio of complex projects within this programme, working closely with the PMO lead to support effective change adoption across the organisation. Your role will focus on improving outcomes for customers and making it easier for colleagues to deliver, ensuring projects are delivered to quality, on time and within budget. You will build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, senior managers, functional leads and operational teams to deliver sustainable project benefits. Maintaining momentum and embedding holistic changes into Wandle's ways of working will be key to your success.

Experience
- Proven delivery of complex projects in a change or transformation environment, managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong grasp of core project management disciplines including planning, risk management, governance and reporting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

About you
- Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining a strong delivery focus.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
