About the Role
At Turner & Townsend, we are passionate about making a difference by delivering better outcomes for our clients and helping our people realise their potential. With over 75 years of experience, we are embarking on a new wave of growth to achieve our ambitious 2025 vision. We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team and support the delivery of high-value, complex construction schemes within our busy pipeline of works.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6 software and data reporting, scheduling best practices, resource and cost loaded scheduling, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal project stakeholders daily. You will take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through a value-added service.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating and leading planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile master project/programme schedules, agreeing baselines and critical paths. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute construction schedules, with regular travel to construction sites expected. You will maintain detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau in multi-project environments and ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors is accurately integrated.

Additional duties include implementing project planning and scheduling strategies, working with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity, providing quality assurance on schedule tracking and reporting, coordinating multiple schedule inputs into a master platform, preparing progress reports and look-ahead schedules, performing probabilistic and risk analyses, monitoring potential schedule delays, and analysing deviations from baseline schedules to propose corrective actions.
