About the Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major New Wing project at the Gallery (Project Domani). Based within the Masterplan Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and delivery of this major capital project, commencing RIBA Stage 2 in August 2026. You’ll provide proactive coordination across project activities, documentation, timelines, budgets and communications, enabling teams and stakeholders to work seamlessly together. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and in line with organisational objectives and governance standards.

Experience
Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within capital projects or construction-related environments, is desirable to effectively support the delivery of complex projects.

You are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are motivated to contribute to a high-profile cultural institution and work collaboratively to meet project goals.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in project management or related disciplines is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic project environment is key.
