About the Role
Join the prestigious Royal College of Art (RCA) as a Prospect Research & Pipeline Manager within our dedicated Advancement & Alumni Team. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our fundraising efforts by managing research and the prospect pipeline. Working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Advancement & Alumni, you will develop and implement a clear prospect strategy aligned with the College’s fundraising plans. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying potential donors through thorough strategic research conducted to the highest ethical standards, line-managing the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database), producing detailed reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior College leadership, and assisting in managing fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful fundraising initiatives that shape the future of art and design at the RCA.

Requirements

Experience
Demonstrable experience managing research programmes and skilled use of relational databases for data management and analysis. Proven line management experience is essential.
