About the Role
Dementia UK is seeking its first Prospect Research Manager to join the Philanthropy and Partnerships team and lead the development of our Prospect Research programme. This exciting new role has been created as part of our five-year strategy and ambitious plans to grow and diversify our income streams. You will play a central role in delivering high-quality insight, strengthening and building pipelines, and enabling the development of high-value relationships across individuals, corporates, and trusts and foundations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to centralise and improve our prospect research processes, align reporting, and identify opportunities for fundraising growth and pipeline development. With oversight of all high-value income, you will collaborate with finance, clinical, and fundraising teams to analyse and report on income pipelines, including restricted income, supporting effective forecasting, risk management, and strategic planning.

Experience
Proven experience in prospect research within a high-value fundraising or sales environment is essential. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and income pipelines are required.
