We support government, defence, multinational, commercial and non-governmental clients operating in complex and challenging environments, providing discreet, professional and innovative solutions across intelligence, technology and operational delivery. Our shared mission is to deliver unrelenting excellence in everything we do, underpinned by integrity, curiosity, accountability and care.

We are seeking a Protective Intelligence Analyst to join our Protective Security team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This exciting role involves contributing to protective intelligence and security services across a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), private client and corporate projects. Reporting to the Protective Security Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of protective intelligence across multiple client accounts, working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

The role demands strong analytical judgement, critical thinking and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex information into practical, actionable intelligence. You will be organised, collaborative and professional, operating with the integrity and discretion required in a sensitive client environment. Success will be measured through the quality, timeliness and impact of intelligence support provided to internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting open-source research and monitoring media, social media and other information sources to identify threats and emerging risks; producing protective intelligence products such as threat assessments, travel risk briefs, event security briefings, incident reports and online exposure assessments; identifying and assessing hostile reconnaissance, suspicious activity, surveillance indicators and other risks relevant to clients and protective security operations; supporting residential security, executive movements, events and travel planning through timely intelligence and risk assessments; maintaining accurate records of incidents, intelligence reporting, operational activity and risk information; working closely with Close Protection Officers, Residential Security Teams, Security Advisors and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery; assisting in the development and maintenance of SOPs, briefing packs and operational documentation; supporting reviews of incidents, operational trends and emerging risks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; handling sensitive client information with discretion and maintaining the highest standards of information security; and supporting proposals, client reviews, project mobilisation and other operational activities as required.

You will be expected to meet agreed quality standards and internal KPIs while delivering a professional and responsive service to internal stakeholders and clients.
