About the Role
The QOF / Administrator will support the delivery of high-quality patient care by coordinating Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) activities, enhanced services, patient recall programmes, and data quality initiatives across the practice. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure contractual targets are met, patient records are accurately maintained, and performance is monitored effectively. Key responsibilities include monitoring and supporting the achievement of QOF targets and other contractual requirements, running regular clinical searches and reports to identify patients requiring review or intervention, maintaining patient recall systems for chronic disease management, screening programmes, immunisations, and health checks. Additionally, you will support clinicians in identifying care gaps and opportunities to improve patient outcomes and produce performance reports and information for Lead meetings.

Experience
Experience in healthcare administration, data management, or a related field is desirable. Familiarity with QOF processes and clinical systems is an advantage.

Qualifications
