You will be responsible for organising and managing complex incident scenes during initial stages until a Manager or Commander arrives, which may involve coordinating patients, bystanders, and other responding services. Ensuring compliance with medicines management is essential. You will also be required to complete all patient and incident records promptly, legibly, and accurately, providing a full record of clinical decision making in accordance with Caldicott principles, current legislation, and regulatory frameworks. Effective communication skills with compassion are vital, especially when supporting individuals who may have difficulty understanding, adapting your communication style to overcome barriers. Please ensure you provide clear examples demonstrating how you meet the person specification criteria in the supporting information section of the application form. Note that a driving licence summary check will be requested at the longlisting stage, so please have this available to submit upon request. Applicants from outside the UK are not eligible for this role.
