About the Role
We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Lead to maintain high standards across our Connect to Work contracts. This key role safeguards service quality and ensures compliance with the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and contractual requirements. Working closely with the Fidelity Assurance Manager, you will carry out routine quality checks, support operational teams to evidence best practice, and ensure audit readiness across multiple contracts. Your responsibilities include completing participant file checks, employer engagement reviews, and compliance audits to ensure documentation meets SEQF and contractual standards. You will accurately record findings, escalate risks, support teams in understanding quality requirements, track and follow up on actions, and prepare for audits by maintaining complete and well-evidenced files. Additionally, you will promote consistent compliance practices across teams to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance, contract compliance, or a similar role.
- Experience in compliance management, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
- Experience working in a contract compliance background within an operational environment conducting contract compliance reviews and writing risk-based reports.
- Skilled at interpreting complex requirements into simple user instructions and processes.
- Experience presenting and interpreting data to identify and recommend improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general IT tools.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing own workload.

About You
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain compliance requirements clearly.
- Ability to resolve compliance-related issues effectively.
- Proven record of leading change, working on own initiative, and managing others to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including travel and overnight stays as required.
- Commitment to professional development and undertaking necessary training.
- Understanding of data protection and safeguarding principles.

Qualifications
- Experience within employability, supported employment, or public services is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the SEQF framework is advantageous (training can be provided).
- Experience working across multiple contracts or delivery areas is desirable.
