Location
London – Corsica Street (other locations considered). This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Corsica Street. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week. Applicants must be able to travel across a national remit as required.

About the Role
We are seeking a technically experienced Project Manager with a background in building pathology and surveying, capable of identifying defects, defining scope, and developing specifications. You will work within the Reactive Major Works team managing complex and high-risk projects that require robust decision making. Ensuring residents remain central to delivery, you will maintain strong engagement throughout the project lifecycle. A commercially minded approach is essential to balance cost, quality, and outcomes, ensuring value for money is achieved.

You will lead projects from scoping through to completion, managing a portfolio of priorities and coordinating delivery partners to meet time and cost targets. Strong communication skills are essential to engage stakeholders effectively and maintain clear project records capturing risks, decisions, and progress.

Requirements

Experience
Substantial experience delivering complex major works projects is essential. Experience in project management, contract management, and applying relevant legislation and standards is required.

About you
You are a technically skilled professional with a background in building pathology and surveying. You have strong decision-making abilities and a commercial mindset, balancing cost, quality, and outcomes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and maintain detailed project records are vital. You are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team and are willing to travel nationally as required.

Qualifications
Ideally, you hold a relevant property-related qualification or degree. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.
