Experience
Well presented, immaculately groomed, and in full uniform. Polite, tactful, and diplomatic. Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication. Customer and client focused. Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.

About you
Ability to pre-empt a situation. IT literate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality field is essential.
