About the Role
Do you thrive working in a busy administrative environment and enjoy collaborating closely with your team? London Business School is recruiting a collaborative Recruitment and Admissions Associate to join Degree Education on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for nurturing a strong pipeline of suitable prospective students for the Graduate Masters Programmes, providing operational support to Admissions colleagues, and acting as a point of contact for applicants and offer holders. This role involves developing relationships with prospective students to recruit and convert the highest quality applicants and liaising with stakeholders across the department and wider School. Key responsibilities include delivering recruitment activities such as live events, small-group meet ups, individual conversations, and writing blogs; managing a busy email inbox and answering inquiries; representing London Business School virtually, on campus, and in London through events and networking; and communicating the value of the MFA and MAM programmes, as well as other programmes when appropriate, guiding candidates through admissions processes.

Experience working in a customer-facing environment with excellent customer service skills. Proven track record of delivering against KPIs or metrics. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
