Experience
Proven experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes and implement operational improvements effectively.

Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and drive process enhancements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications in recruitment or HR operations are an advantage.
