Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles. Demonstrated success in managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic and results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to build relationships at all levels and influence stakeholders. Passionate about talent development and creating positive candidate experiences.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies is advantageous.
