About the Role
Rivan Industries is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our procurement processes and supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance across the supply chain.

Experience
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience are essential.

Highly organised and analytical with excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in supply chain management, procurement, logistics or a related field is preferred. Membership of a professional body such as CIPS is advantageous.
