Experience
Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or deployment sectors. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.

About you
Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent at building relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices is advantageous.
