About the Role
Be part of Bromley's exciting Regeneration Plans as a Project Manager within the Regeneration Team. London’s largest Borough is leading some of the most transformative place changes, including the Bromley Housing Delivery Programme. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering housing capital programmes, managing budgets, overseeing contractors, and coordinating with a wider multi-disciplinary team. The position is based at Bromley Civic Centre with regular site meetings required. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to make a positive difference to the Borough through effective regeneration capital scheme delivery.

Experience
Proven experience in delivering regeneration capital schemes and managing housing capital programmes.
