About the Role
As a Regeneration Project Officer, you will be the lead officer for all housing management activities on regeneration sites. You will coordinate estate activities during consultation, decant, and development phases, support local hubs, and deliver high-quality tenancy and leasehold management services. You will play a key role in engaging with residents and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the regeneration process.
Working within Housing Operations & Estate Services / Resident Services, you will contribute to creating safe, sustainable, and thriving neighbourhoods. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of major regeneration projects, directly improving the lives of residents and shaping the future of Havering’s communities.

Experience
- Experience in social housing, care, or public sector housing management
- Strong relationship management skills with residents, elected members, and partner agencies
- Ability to manage complex casework and deliver high standards of customer service
- Contract monitoring and commissioning experience
