About the Role
As a valued member of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, meaningful activities for adults with learning disabilities. Your work will be guided by individual support plans, with the overarching aim of enhancing each person’s day through health and wellbeing, employability and life skills, social inclusion and community engagement, and fostering independence and confidence. You will also provide respectful and dignified support with personal care, tailored to each individual’s needs.
Experience
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or in a similar support role is desirable.

Compassionate and respectful with a commitment to promoting independence and confidence. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and follow individual support plans to deliver personalised care and activities.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in health, social care or related fields are advantageous but not essential. A willingness to undertake any necessary training and DBS checks is required.
