About the Role
Barchester Healthcare, the market leader in quality residential and nursing care, is seeking an experienced Regional Personal Assistant to support a thriving division. You will provide invaluable administrative and diary support to the Directors, working remotely from home and partly based in one of our homes depending on location. As the only healthcare provider accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, Barchester is dedicated to ensuring that our team are respected and their contributions valued. This role involves timely and accurate diary and meeting management, collating weekly KPI data reports, attending meetings and taking minutes, booking travel and accommodation for regional team members, managing urgent emails, maintaining accurate annual leave records for General Managers, assisting in organising two Quality First Conferences per year, and acting as a point of contact for the Divisional Executive Assistant during periods of annual leave in conjunction with the other Regional PA for the division. Requirements

Experience
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is desirable. Proven ability to work effectively with senior management.

About you
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in engaging senior members of management. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Ability to handle large amounts of confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook including email, calendars, diary and inbox management. Experience in timely and accurate diary and meeting management, minute taking, travel and accommodation booking, and data collation for reports.
