Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding leadership for care staff, supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels, and delivering clinical nursing care including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures such as wound care and catheter management. You will continuously strive to ensure clinical excellence within the home and develop tailored care plans to deliver outstanding care across all aspects of your role.

Experience
- Experience in clinical nursing and medication management
- Familiarity with clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
- Skilled in writing comprehensive care plans
