About the Role
This is a casual, part-time role at a Barchester care home where you will care for the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, helping to deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in all aspects of care. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your work.

Experience
Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is important.

Qualifications
Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices are required to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
