As an ambitious Relationship Manager, you will develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts. Your role will include ensuring successful execution of contract renewals aligned with commercial targets, identifying and supporting growth opportunities within existing accounts, and communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload. Experience
- Proven experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data with commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to network and build strong business relationships
- Awareness of and commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
