About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team. This role is not just a job – it’s about building relationships, creating moments that matter, and helping people feel valued every single day. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You will get to know each resident as an individual – what matters to them, what makes them smile – and tailor your support to help them live well. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with personal care and daily routines, providing companionship and emotional support, encouraging independence, choice, and dignity, assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing, working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care, and building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
For many of our residents, you will be the person who brightens their day, supports them through challenges, and helps them feel safe, respected, and valued. This is a big responsibility but also an incredibly rewarding one.
