Full Time - 35 hours per week, working pattern 08:00 – 16:00.

Salary
£27,860 (London weighted salary) depending on experience.

About the Role
Join our Estate Services Team at L&Q as a Relief Caretaker on a permanent basis. This role is essential in our commitment to providing a responsive customer-based service for our residents. The Relief Caretaking Team covers for caretakers' annual leave, extended sickness, and vacancies. While primarily focused on the East and North East areas of London, you may occasionally be asked to cover in neighboring areas. Excellent organizational skills and time management are crucial as you will work across various sites.

Experience
No specific experience required, but trade skills or DIY experience, as well as gardening experience, would be advantageous.

About you
You must be a good communicator with basic Word and Excel skills, as these programs are used frequently. You should be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, and effectively organize your own time. A good understanding of safe working practices and practical Health and Safety experience is essential. A full, clean manual driving licence is mandatory, and access to secure overnight parking is required if issued a company vehicle.

It is essential to hold a good standard of literacy and be willing to learn new skills as the service adapts to changing needs within the Neighbourhoods.
