Experience
- Minimum 3 years' MSK physiotherapy experience in the UK
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with intermediate skills using electronic patient management systems
- Demonstrable skills in subjective and objective assessment of MSK conditions
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Experience in building excellent rapport and de-escalating potential complaints
- Familiarity and confidence in assessing and coaching patients via video link
About you
- HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC and CSP Registration required
- Desirable: Further qualifications, training or CPD within Occupational Health
- Desirable: Experience in health coaching, diary management, managing large caseloads, corporate healthcare, and previous remote working
