About the Role
The Representations Officer will be responsible for processing informal challenges and representations received against Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) or vehicle removals in line with Lambeth Council policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. You will represent parking services positively, assist with managing debt recovery processes, and deliver high-quality customer service to meet productivity and quality standards. This role operates within a busy, target-driven environment using industry-leading systems and innovative technology to support safe streets, enforce against anti-social behaviour, and provide parking solutions.

Experience
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment with high productivity demands.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in the parking industry.
- Experience responding to informal challenges and representations for Penalty Charge Notices.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a busy, target-driven team.

Qualifications
