About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, knowledgeable, and customer-focused candidate to join our Contract Services team as a Resident Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for planned re-investment and maintenance works and projects. You will liaise with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders to shape services, identify requirements, and handle and resolve complaints with a high level of service.
You will work with a dynamic team managing the maintenance of over 10,000 homes. Southern Housing is dedicated to delivering excellent services, improving resilience, building new homes, and growing our organisation.
You will be based at our Farringdon office with flexible working arrangements agreed with your line manager.
Experience
- Facilitation of resident involvement forums and focus groups.
- Providing a customer-focused, high-quality service and managing complaints.
- Knowledge and experience of key factors and methods required to sustain, promote, and ensure effective resident involvement and consultation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
