- Take full ownership of resource bookings, ensuring correct documentation (e.g. Statement of Work) is in place and stored correctly.
- Engage third party resource providers when suitable in-house resources are unavailable.
- Maintain the scheduling system to ensure accurate team utilisation, forecasting, and management information.
- Validate sales orders to confirm correctness and prerequisites before resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to review and maximise team utilisation.
- Review weekly Power BI and resourcing reports, resolving or escalating inaccuracies.
- Manage day-to-day communications with Billing & Support team, Sales Account Managers, and suppliers through the shared mailbox.

- Provide excellent service at every touchpoint — responding promptly, professionally, and going the extra mile to meet coworker and customer needs.
- Provide cover for other coordinators during absences or high demand.
- Consistently follow team processes, achieving at least 95% accuracy each month.
