The role of Resource Coordinator is to manage all Professional Services Opportunity requests through to completion by scheduling CDW and 3rd party resources based on availability, technical skills & location. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct commercial and contractual documentation is completed in line with set procedures and responding to queries relating to opportunity requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Professional Services cases in Salesforce through the full lifecycle — triage, scope, and acceptance — keeping all records accurate and updated within agreed timeframes.
- Allocate the most appropriate resource to each engagement based on skills, availability, and location, optimising both service quality and CDW's commercial position.
- Take full ownership of resource bookings, ensuring the correct documentation (e.g. Statement of Work) is in place and stored correctly.
- Engage third party resource providers when suitable in-house resources are unavailable.
- Maintain the scheduling system to ensure team utilisation, forecasting, and management information remain accurate.
- Validate sales orders to confirm information is correct and all prerequisites are met before resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to review and maximise team utilisation.
- Review weekly Power BI and resourcing reports, resolving or escalating any inaccuracies.
- Manage day-to-day communications with Billing & Support team, Sales Account Managers, and suppliers through the shared mailbox.
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide excellent service at every touchpoint — responding promptly, professionally, and going the extra mile to meet the needs of coworkers and customers.
- Provide cover for other coordinators during periods of absence or high demand.
- Consistently follow team processes, achieving at least 95% accuracy each month.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working with established procedures with moderate supervision.
