Job Responsibilities
Consistently preparing delicious, high-quality food that exceeds client and customer expectations
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our food offering and service standards
Preparing the weekly menu for the restaurant, ensuring it reflects seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and innovation
Supporting with hospitality and evening events as needed, ensuring seamless and high-quality experiences for clients and guests
Promoting a positive and inclusive kitchen environment where every team member feels welcomed, valued, and supported
Assisting the team in delivering our exciting and well-loved food concepts to customers
Supporting with ordering, stock management, and driving initiatives to minimise food waste
Taking responsibility for maintaining high hygiene standards through regular kitchen cleaning and compliance
Contributing to effective budget management and helping the team meet financial targets
Ensuring full compliance with all Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience working in a similar role within a contract catering company or educational institution preferred.

About you
Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institute.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, as required.
Fun and enthusiastic
Have excellent organisation skills.
Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
Have a flexible approach to work.
