About the Role
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates financial services firms in the UK to keep financial markets fair, thriving and effective. By joining the FCA, you will play a key part in protecting consumers, driving economic growth and shaping the future of UK financial services.
The Revenue Operations team delivers the FCA's fee-raising function, managing the modelling, invoicing and collection of regulatory fees and levies to support the organisation's Annual Funding Requirement. Acting on behalf of the FCA and other regulatory bodies, the team maintains the integrity of the regulated population, administers fees and charges, provides specialist stakeholder guidance and supports policy and regulatory developments. In 2025/26, the team was responsible for collecting approximately £2.3bn in fees and levies.
As Revenue Manager, you will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, building capability and succession planning while supporting continuous improvement, improving controls and reducing operational risk. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the FCA’s fees modelling and invoicing processes, ensuring outputs are accurate, transparent and aligned with approved policy, supported by robust data governance and controls.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of fees policy, providing pragmatic advice on how regulatory change can be effectively translated into operational delivery across systems and processes. You will oversee financial performance and reporting, including month-end activity, debt management and income tracking, ensuring clear, timely insight is provided to senior stakeholders.
Building and maintaining effective relationships across the FCA and with external regulatory bodies will be key, representing the Revenue function and shaping outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment. You will provide oversight of key operational processes, ensuring continuity of critical activities and that systems, controls and financial frameworks support efficient, compliant delivery.
