About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Risk Managers with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) capability to join our expanding Infrastructure business, supporting a major London-based airport delivering a range of high-value projects. This role is ideal for risk professionals with aviation or airport experience and a proven track record of successful delivery in major international airport environments. The main purpose of the role is to implement or support the implementation of an integrated risk management framework across a major capital programme. Key responsibilities include facilitating identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues within the sub-programme; maintaining visibility of risk trigger points to support risk cost profiling and budget management; using risk data to inform investment planning; assisting with identification and recording of measurable management responses; monitoring overall risk exposure against the remaining risk budget; proactively managing completion of management responses; collaborating with contractors to assess contractor-held risks; producing timely risk reports; and conducting quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate competence with tools such as PRA, @risk, Safran or similar, and familiarity with web-based database tools like ARM, Predict, or Tableau.
Experience
Proven experience in a risk delivery role on major projects or programmes, preferably within aviation or major infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, risk workshop facilitation, threat mitigation, and opportunity exploitation. Experience with probabilistic modelling tools such as @risk, PRA, and P6 or equivalent is essential.

Qualifications
Degree qualified in a construction-related subject is preferred. APM or IRM risk certification is highly desirable. Proficiency in integrated risk management processes covering risk, cost, and schedule on large programmes is expected.
