Hours
Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (30 hours) available with a minimum of 10 hours worked over the weekend. Full-time contracts require 8.5 hour shifts including a 1-hour unpaid meal break. Applicants must be flexible to work both morning and late shift patterns. Full weekend availability is required.

Salary
Starting rate of £14.80 per hour with promotion and pay increase opportunities every 3 months.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service from fitting rooms to tills by being attentive and responsive to customer needs
- Maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented
- Managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and recommending adjustments to displays and stock levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a strong, united team
- Championing sustainability through recycling programs, repair services, and community activities
- Contributing to retail technology initiatives such as social media campaigns, styling apps, or livestream channels if interested in being in the spotlight.
