Borough Kitchen is the UK’s leading premium retailer for people who love to cook and entertain. We provide quality-tested products for the kitchen and table, alongside expert knowledge, advice and inspiration through our stores, online shop, and cook school. With five stores across London and a strong e-commerce presence, we carefully select products based on function, quality, and durability, earning a trusted position in the industry and strong partnerships with premium brands. We are seeking an outgoing and friendly part-time Sales Associate with a genuine passion for food and cooking to join our Borough Market store. The ideal candidate will enjoy sharing their knowledge and delivering exceptional advice and customer service.

Key responsibilities include delivering an excellent, welcoming and personal customer experience; understanding customers’ needs and confidently recommending the right products; building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits; developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training; replenishing stock and identifying selling trends and low-stock items; maintaining excellent store standards, displays and merchandising; processing purchases, arranging deliveries and providing after-sales service; and introducing customers to our wider range, including special orders and our online shop.

Experience
Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
