About the Role
Noble Panacea is a revolutionary skincare brand founded by Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart, launched in October 2019. Our ground-breaking OSMV™ Technology enables transformational efficacy and precision. We are committed to green chemistry principles and sustainability throughout product development, from R&D to packaging. We promote absolute skin health by empowering those who seek authentic, natural, and ageless beauty.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Education Manager to drive sales growth at existing retail locations and expand our distribution network. This role focuses on maximizing short- and long-term sell-through performance, building strong retailer partnerships, optimizing in-store execution, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement. The position requires approximately 50% travel.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
1. Sales Growth & Store Performance: Drive sales growth by executing sales strategies to meet sell-through and sell-in targets. Strengthen relationships with retail partners, store managers, and beauty advisors. Identify growth opportunities and oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Develop and execute clienteling initiatives and ensure strong in-store execution of promotions, events, and product launches.
2. Retail Team Development & Management: Achieve retail sales targets by working closely with store teams and clients. Lead, train, and motivate Beauty Advisors, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and oversee recruitment and onboarding. Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer retention.
3. Retail Operations & Inventory Management: Collaborate with retail partners to maintain optimal stock levels and merchandising plans. Manage inventory and promotional displays, maintain brand integrity, and track purchase orders and budgets.
4. Reporting & Market Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to track performance and customer purchasing patterns. Provide regular reports on sales, competitive activities, and market insights. Maintain accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic planning.
5. Events & Marketing Activation: Work with Sales Director and Trade Marketing Manager on event strategies and budgets. Represent the brand at store and retailer events, ensure merchandising and grooming guidelines are followed, and partner with Visual Merchandising for in-store counter development.
6. Training & Brand Advocacy: Support seasonal in-store training for retailer staff and Beauty Advisors. Build relationships with private shoppers, partner with Global Education & Training for product knowledge, execute new hire onboarding, recommend training materials, and plan annual sales team summits.
