About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Peabody Trust is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the Head of Sales Operations. You will ensure compliance, maintain high-quality administration, and deliver a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and live chat; acting as the first point of contact for sales enquiries with prompt and professional responses; building strong knowledge of new build and resale properties to confidently support customers; contacting prospective buyers to arrange viewings and gather post-viewing feedback; maintaining accurate customer records and managing data with precision; completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with regulatory and company requirements; carrying out compliance and audit spot-checks to minimise risk and maintain high standards; setting up and updating tenancy and customer accounts following sales completions; managing post-completion reporting including uploading customer information to government databases; and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and support the successful delivery of sales and income objectives.
Experience
Experience within affordable housing, shared ownership, new build sales, or a related property sales environment is essential. Strong understanding of sales compliance requirements, including AML processes and low-cost home ownership schemes, is required.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. A proactive approach is necessary, with confidence working within regulated processes while adapting to changing priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are vital. You should be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Strong administration and data management skills are required, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Formal qualifications are not specified but relevant experience and skills are essential.
